1. Are quantity discounts available?
* Absolutely. We are happy to offer discounts of up to 15%. Please see the discount breakout below and contact us with any questions.

2. How much is shipping?
* Shipping is done through USPS and will be calculated based on your ZIP code.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
* Because each piece is designed to your custom specifications, it takes 5-7 business days to complete from the time the order is finalized. You may chose one of numerous shipping options available through USPS, which range from standard mail to overnight delivery. NOTE: Please contact us if your product order needs to be expedited. Depending on the situation, additional costs may apply.
4. Do you have products that are not listed on your website?
* Yes. Because there are thousands of product combination options, we could not list them all. If you'd like something you don't see, just contact us and we'll do our best to meet your needs.
5. Can you engrave my logo on your products?
* Yes. And we do it at no additional charge! Ideally, we'd like to have the logo sent to us in a vector format (i.e. EPS). If you don't have it in a vector format, please forward the logo on as a good quality standard picture format (jpeg, bmp, etc.) and we'll happily engrave it on your choice of products.
6. Can all pictures and logos be engraved?
* Most pictures and logos can be engraved. However, if the image is very dark, blurry, etc. it may not engrave well. If you have a question about a specific image, please email it to us and we'll let you know if it will work.
Note: It is the responsibility of the customer sending the image to make sure the image does not have a copyright, or that they have permission from the copyright owner.
