Shipping Policies
R.F. Engraving uses the US Postal Service for all product shipment. Shipping is calculated by weight, size, shipping type and location and is displayed during the checkout process.
Return and Refunds Policies
R.F. Engraving is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If there are any problems with the product you order (Example: A clock doesn't function), you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 90 days. Because of the custom nature of engraving, products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than a defective product. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply to returns and refunds:
- Shipping to and from R.F. Engraving is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
- Products damaged after they are received by the customer (Example: Water spilled on product, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund.
